Welcome to this week’s Rachel’s Social Snippets #68 – The one where Stranger Things comes to Instagram 😱

Facebook™ – Now Allows Users To Post In Groups With A Nickname
Nicknames are designed to give users more freedom to participate in whatever discussions they choose, without revealing their true identity.
Sounds to me like a nightmare waiting to happen to me, what do you say?
Meta™ – Integrates More AI-Powered Options Into Its Ad Flow
Meta is making AI recommendations the default for more of its ad elements.
Meta™ – Adds Content Strategy Advice To Paid Verification Package
Those paying for the top-tier subscription package will be able to book strategy sessions with Meta’s team.
Instagram™ – Adds Some Reels Improvements
Such as capturing 20 minutes of content and an undo button.
Instagram™ – May Be Cutting The Hashtag Limit From 30 To 3
Many users are receiving in-app pop-ups about this update, but there has been no official statement from Instagram yet.
I’ve hot seen it yet, have you??
Instagram™ – Edits Gets More Features, Including ‘Stranger Things’ Font
The updates keep coming for Meta’s dedicated video editing app.

Instagram™ – Did You Know…
Instagram is now more of a search engine than it was before?
That means it’s even more imperative that you have every section of your Instagram Bio written in a way that will help you get found through the search.

Have You Backed Up Your Files Recently?
Remember that files kept in cloud storage that is constantly connected to your PC, e.g. OneDrive, DropBox etc, is not a back up. Ensure you copy your files to a multiple of other locations, such as a hard drive, other cloud storage accessed via a browser and so on. Provided by First Call
