✅ We’ll also meet twice a month for our private 1-2-1 sessions where we train, monitor and tweak the plan and you’ll receive ongoing support in between the sessions.
✅ All sessions can be held either in my office, your office or via Zoom, which can be agreed depending upon location.
✅ Homework and exercises are provided.
