Meta™ – Offers A Glimpse Through It’s Supposed iPhone Killer: Orion
For years, Silicon Valley and Wall Street have questioned Mark Zuckerberg’s decision to invest tens of billions of dollars into Reality Labs. This week, Meta’s wearables division unveiled a prototype of its Orion smart glasses, a firm factor the company believes one day could replace the iPhone. That idea sounds crazy… but maybe a little less crazy than it did a week ago.

Threads™ – Is Rolling Out DM Requests From Any User
After initially launching its messaging option with restrictions on who could send messages to whom in the app, Threads is now expanding its DM controls, so that anybody in the app will be able to send anyone else a message.

How To Quickly & Easily Find Your Personal Profile LinkedIn QR Code – (Great For Networking Face To Face)
Did you know that if you have an iPhone and you long press on the LinkedIn app Icon your very own personalised LinkedIn QR code pops which when used sends people directly to your LinkedIn profile? Sometimes it doesn’t work on the first attempt so just do it again and it will work fine.
What I didn’t realise until I tried to do this with Chris Breedon from Prospero Mediation is that it doesn’t work with Android phones 😢 But panic not, he showed me a way to get round this (every day is a school day even for LinkedIn trainers 😆)
Simply open the LinkedIn app in the normal way, click into the search bar and look for the QR code icon which sits in the search bar top right. Tap that and the QR code will appear.
Save Time Using Styles In Word
In computer software, such as WordPress or Microsoft Word, styles are a method of indicating a collection of formatting to be used. A style can be applied to text or an object and all the formatting stored in the style is used. This saves time in not having to apply each formatting element, eg bold, centre, font size etc, separately each time and ensures the consistent look of your website or document.
